These “Terms and Conditions” establish an electronic record within the significant of the applicable law and are generated by a computer system which does not require any physical or digital signatures.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use our HIFICART website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. In addition to that you shall be responsible for all the activities that occur under your Account and Password. Please ensure that all the details that had been provided to us are true and complete. If you provide any information that is inaccurate or incomplete, we have the right to deny access to the website and terminate the account. We also reserve the rights to remove or edit content at any time without providing notice to you.

ELIGIBILITY

HIFICART is only available for those who are over eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an order with HIFICART only under the supervision and involvement of a parent or guardian.

PROHIBITIONS

You may not abuse our Platform and shall not extract data from our platform for any purposes. You shall not commit or encourage any criminal offence, transmit or distribute software viruses or “spam”. You are prohibited from sending, using or reusing any material that is not yours; or is illegal offensive (including, but not limited to, material that is sexually explicit or that promotes racism, prejudice, discrimination or physical harm), deceptive, misleading, violent, immoral, insulting, blasphemous, libelous, obscene, pornographic, pedophile or threatening.

All the content within our website, for instance text, graphics, logos, icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations and software, are the property of HIFICART and are protected by India and International copyright. You may not extract or reutilise part of the content of the website without expressing written consent to HIFICART.

HIFICART maintain all authority to amend these Terms and Conditions and our policies at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. All adjustments to these Terms and Conditions, including our policies will be posted on our Platform and be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acknowledgement of the modified Terms and Conditions.

DISCLAIMER

Dear customer, Hificart will never contact you for asking your personal account information. In order to prevent misuse of your hificart  account, please do not share your account ID, email, password or OTP (One Time Password) with anyone.

You completely understand and acknowledge that you accessing the services on the website and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgement before entering into any transaction through the website. You are particularly agreeing to the fullest extent of relevant law that you accept all products and services “as-is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. You further acknowledge and undertake that you will use the website to order products only for your personal use and not for business purposes. You completely understand that you are solely responsible for any and all damages that you may incur from the products, or services. We shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of sellers nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by the sellers or manufacturers of the products and hereby expressly disclaim and any all responsibility and liability in that regard. We shall not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and the sellers or manufacturers of the products. We further expressly disclaim that HIFICART makes no representation to merchantability of our products or services, or fitness for any certain purpose. You completely understand that you are solely responsible for any and all damages that you may incur from the use of HIFICART: website, products, or services. While we have taken precautions to avoid inaccuracies in content, this website, all content, information (including the price of products), software, products, services and related graphics are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. At no time shall any right, title or interest in the products sold through or displayed on HIFICART nor shall HIFICART have any obligations or liabilities in respect of any transactions on the platform.

Return policy

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of HIfiCart  packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box. When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders ./p>

2.Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Amazon will automatically refund up to RS1000 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed RS2000, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

 

3.Returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third-party seller that provided a Delivery with Service (in-home unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) have to be scheduled by the seller. During the scheduled return pick-up, the seller will uninstall or disassemble, and pick up the item. All sellers participating in the Delivery with Services program are required to support scheduled return pickups or exchanges. If a seller does not offer these methods, or is non-responsive to scheduling an appointment to return your items, you may contact the hifi H Services team, or file an A-to-z Guarantee claim. 4.Grocery items (including hifiFresh and Prime Pantry items) and wine are not returnable. See About Spilled or Damaged hifiFresh Items for information on requesting a refund.If a Delivery with Services item is missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Note: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.

5.You can return clothing and accessories up to 7 days after the delivery date.Items from The Drop Collections are eligible for returns, but a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund due because the item is made-on-demand for you.

How do I know if my product has a warranty?

If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the product page, to the right of the product image below “Delivery”.

If a product is sold by multiple vendors, the warranty period offered by each vendor will be displayed to the right of “Seller” in the “Sold by x more sellers” box below the product image.

Types of Warranties:

1.Brand Warranty: This limited warranty will apply to the products. For product defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Brand will provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period. hificart will not take any responsibility for the after-sale services.

2.Service warranty: hificart will take the responsibility to get the product serviced from the vendor or customer may visit the vendor directly as well with the invoice paper to claim the warranty. Please note if any part of the product needs to be replaced for repairing under this warranty policy, customer will have to pay for that part.

 

Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, broken display, bending, scratch, dent, burn, soaked or liquid damage, root or manual update, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.

If it has been more than 7 days since delivery and the product has no warranty:

Unfortunately hificart will be unable to cover the item and you will be responsible for repairing costs.
